Known for their hand selected USDA prime grade beef that is dry-aged onsite in a salt-tiled aging room. Most cuts are dry-aged for 20-75 days to bring out the flavor. Start with the lobster bisque or a selection from the raw bar of Alaskan king crab and local oysters followed by your choice of steak with sides of whipped potatoes or creamed spinach that are large enough to share. The large open dining room is accented with a central wine tower display and illuminated rock salt brick walls. Service is attentive and professional. You'll be treated with colorful cotton candy at the end of your dinner experience.
