Pros: Good location just off I-95. Staff very nice although they seemed a little understaffed. Noticed the one person at reception in a down moment busing breakfast dishes

Cons: Room on south side of hotel had traffic noise from highway all night. We had to move to other side.

Pros: The bed felt like a cloud. The shower was super hot just like I like it and the room was clean and neat I would definitely stay here again. May actually make Residence Inn my home away from home go to hotel after this stay.

Pros: Spacious, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was very good. The pool was very nice. Very kind and helpful staff.

Pros: Breakfast - especially the coffee.

Cons: Pool - it was closed due to an "accident." It was very hot and was the main reason I chose to stay at the hotel.

Pros: Great location, near beaches & attractions...awesome staff, amazing breakfast options (different daily) and great value for the $!!

Cons: This is minor, but the quality of the paper products (paper towels, tissues, toilet paper) could have been better

Pros: Newly refurbished rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Cons: Did not like the lack of wash hand basin in actual bathroom. Had to come out from toilet to wash hands in vanity area which is not very hygienic.

Pros: We had some issues with our first room and the door not locking; by the time we returned from dinner, we were moved to a larger room, told we would get a lower rate plus a 25% discount due to the inconvenience. Couldn't have asked for better service or a quicker resolution. The hot breakfast was fantastic with many choices.

Pros: The hotel attendant upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite so my daughter had her own room. They recommended a restaurant and we were given 15% off the bill because of staying at Resident Inn We

Pros: Bed was so comfortable. The size of the room for the price was excellent. The King Studio allowed plenty of room for kids to have space and parents to have space with the kitchen allowing perfect use for family's needs.

Pros: Staff.Reception was very customer friendly. They went out of their way to get a couple of bannas for our child. Complimentary breakfast. Free fast WiFi.
