Pros: Wow, great place! Clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Lots of desk/counter space. Hot breakfast with silverware and real plates. Hotel check-in clerk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Very convenient to both I-95 and downtown Mystic.
Cons: The only item was that the bathroom (with toilet and shower; sink was outside) was surprisingly small -- not much room to maneuver with the inward swinging door.

Pros: Easy to get to right off rt. 95. 7 miles from Foxwoods and closer to all of the attractions in Mystic. You have to visit the Submarine Museum and the Mystic Seaport Museum. Hyatt Place was more like a 4 star hotel. Large room, clean, full breakfast.
Cons: You have to park at least 100 feet from the main entrance. Other than that its all good.

Cons: Shower/bathroom could have been a little cleaner-it smelled a little musty and the large glass shower doors were streaky and not cleaned. Bathroom door is a little too large for the bathroom and therefore makes it awkward to get in and out of it.

Pros: The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The hotel room really needs a deep clean. The shower had mold growing on the tiles. The shower head was slimy to the touch. The toilet seat was completely unhinged from the toilet. Our bedsheets looked said they were left over from the last people who stayed there( we did call and someone came up to change them). And the carpet was not vacuumed. We really expected it to be cleaner.

Pros: Loved the convenient location and overall cleanliness, although we had to have the shower curtain liner replaced as it was very dirty. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The shuttle van is a nice feature! Unfortunately, our room was right next to the elevator which we could hear in our room all night. On Saturday or I should say early Sunday (1:30am) we were kept awake by a group of people continuing their party outside our window, we waited for a bit to see if it would stop but finally had to call the management and eventually it got quiet at about 2am. I should have spoken with someone before leaving yesterday as I do feel for what we paid each night we were not rested by any means!

Pros: Loved the double room with separate living and sleeping areas. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful too.
Cons: This has nothing to do with hotel or staff but there were way too many couples with young kids for my taste. They took over the whole pool area. I really didn't get to enjoy a relaxing swim at all.

Pros: Location was great close to Mystic seaport and short drive into Mystic town. Short drive to Stonington Winery . We also visited Misquamicut State beach, RI and ate in Two little Fishes. Food at Latitude 41 just up the road had delicious lobster roll and crab cakes.
Cons: The room was spacious nice sectional and ottoman as well as king bed The mattress was comfortable but the pillows like rocks. Bring your own!

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find (though a bit of tree pruning and trimming may be necessary to see the sign more clearly). The confirmation, directions, and information provided online was excellent.
Cons: Although sweet and happy to help, the young registration assistant provided us with inaccurate information and was not sure about the surrounding area. Her confidence was limited and it manifested itself in responding prematurely and incorrectly. Fortunately, a co-worker immediately and tastefully provided the correct times, et al.
The entrance of the building is odd. The registration and the breakfast area are combined.
