Room was fine, a lot of wasted space. Bed was a queen with minimal space on the one side. Again room was clean but the common areas needed help. Staff was very friendly.
Pros: Centrally located.
Cons: The hotel needed a deep cleaning. From the elevators to the restaurant on the top floor. We had lunch there and they were closing for a wedding that evening and we were shocked to see the dust on the woodwork, the rugs in need of vacuuming and repair.

Pros: It is a good location if you need to be in New Haven
Cons: It is very tired-needs an overhaulWe were in room 1404 and it was awful- did not feel like a 4 star hotel at all. The wall paper and carpet were old. The mattress was soft and cheap. The linen and bedding felt like a Hamptons Inn.
