This contemporary and colorful hot spot is located near Yale University. The two-story building offers eclectic décor with wood floors, bright red-and-orange paint on the walls, neon blue ceilings, exposed brick walls and fish accents in the art and on the fabrics. The lower level has an open kitchen concept with some seating around the bar. While upstairs diners who sit by one of the many large windows have a great view of the tree line and bustling street below. This seems to be a popular lunch spot with a young crowd that keeps the noise level up. The house soup with mussels, shrimp and clams in a tomato broth is delicious as is the perfectly cooked hangar steak with Argentinean chimichurri sauce. The dulce du leche cheesecake with vanilla and caramel sauce is a perfect way to end the meal.
