Shaw Mansion is at 11 Blinman St. Dating from 1756, the mansion was the home of ship owner Capt. Nathaniel Shaw Jr. and housed the Naval Office for Connecticut during the American Revolution. Displays include antique furniture, silver, china and family portraits. The building has been home to the historical society since 1907.
