One positive feature is the proximity to the SoNo waterfront district, which has lots of dining and drinking option.
Pros: The hotel has a very modern look and feel. The room design and the decor of the public spaces felt quite chic. There was also a great view of babbling brook and and old train bridge behind the hotel, giving it a very New England feel.
Cons: The location of the hotel leaves something to be desired. Located within a sea of strip malls and gas stations, there is nothing in the immediate vicinity that matches the hotel in terms of look and feel.

Pros: This is our 2nd stay at the Hotel Zero. Very quiet, clean and staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The complimentary breakfast surpasses any that I've had at any chain hotel! The common area is beautiful and comfy!
Cons: The restaurant (separately managed from hotel) is pricey, but our meals were delicious. We both had 2 glasses of Sangria each and it totaled $48 (more than our meals!). Also, entry doors into lobby are not automatic, makes it inconvenient with luggage.

Pros: I loved the contemporary furniture in the rooms and the huge bathroom and shower. Also, the hotel and the hotel room were very clean.
Cons: I obtained a late checkout at noon. Nevertheless, housekeeping knocked on my door at least 4 times between 8 and noon, wanting to come in and clean.

Very Poor

Pros: The front desk receptionist were polite and very nice
Cons: I have stayed in this hotel plenty of times, but for this weekend in particular i was disappointed. The room was dirty the bathroom floor was sticky and there was a terrible smell in the room. The cleaning lady also barged in the room without knocking.
