Pros: Nice facility.
Cons: They didn't tell me that I couldn't have free breakfast because I didn't book the room through their website. They marched up to the table and charged me after I had been to the buffet. Rude and cheap.

Pros: The location from the outside was inviting. Big parking lot. Quite area.
Cons: I was not aware nor were there any signs stating the hotel was under construction. When you first walk in the hotel lobby is clean looks fine. Once you step off the hotel elevator it's like walking into a horror movie. The lights are flickering thru out the hallway. The ceilings are all filled holes with temporary covering. Every hallway every part of the ceiling. There is a light scent of mold in the hallways. This had me very concerned of what my room may look like. But the room itself was intact and clean.

Pros: This is not a new hotel but it is extremely well done. Looks like they are completing a renovation that will move their star rating way up. I paid half of what you would expect for this level of accommodation in the Norwalk/Stamford area.
Cons: Not easy to find, as it is near city hall govt. area and not where you would expect to find a hotel.

Pros: I booked at the Norwalk Inn 30 minutes prior to arrival. I did not know the area, it was 10:30pm and chose the Inn based on price and reviews. It was amazing experience from the moment of arrival!! The Inn is gorgeous, the staff exemplary, perfect location to our destination at Stamford,CT. Only booked 1 night not sure of area and quality. Booked an additional 5 days. If ever back to CT or NYC will definitely look forward to returning to the Norwalk Inn.
Cons: Every aspect of staying at the Inn was impressive. No negatives.

Pros:
Cons: The staff was unfriendly and lazy. For example, We called the front desk asking for more coffee in the room and they told us that we needed to find the house cleaning staff ourselves to get that. The day after our stay I called to let the front desk know that we left some small bags behind and hoped they had located the items. I never received a call back from the hotel. Very disappointing
