Pros: The service in the restaurant at the bar. Hotel employee made the service very inviting. I am a server myself and met someone as good as me. The desk staff was wonderful.

Pros: Shuttle service was great and very much appreciated. Breakfast waitress was fabulous. Bar tender was great.
Cons: we ended up taking the stairs most of the time (6th floor) as the elevator reeked of vomit. Also, we had dinner there which came out to $196. My credit card was charge twice, once for $200- and another charge for $40.28.....unauthorized.

Pros: Check in and out was quick and easy. The bed was very comfortable and the room (along with bathroom) was nice and clean.
Cons: I wish there wasn't a stand up shower. We were traveling with a 1 year old and it was very difficult at bath time. A tub with shower would have been easier.

The hotel is currently under renovation. When I stayed there the 4th floor was being renovated. While checking out the front desk clerk asked very nicely how was my stay. I asked if the renovations were from top floor to lower level or the other way around. She stated that the top floors were done and the project was working it's way down. I then stated that then I felt that they had a problem since there were many what I would call "punch list" items that needed to be addressed and gave the clerk a list of the most important - from open uncovered electrical boxes to the privacy curtain that was hanging off the track and had the draw handle detached. She then mentioned that the original contractor was not doing the proper job and a new contractor was brought in to finish the already "completed" job. My thoughts were that the "incomplete" project room should not have been rented until it met the standard that the customer expected.

Nice staff, complimentary hot water and tea bags.
Cons: There was hair in the bathtub, and tub and surround could have been cleaner.
No complimentary breakfast, and I thought the breakfast price was high, I think it was $11.99/person.
Price charged by hotel was higher than Booking quoted price, and took two tries to get it right.

Wonderful weekend at the Hilton...
Pros: The room was spacious and attractive. The breakfast buffet was especially good even though it was an extra cost. The parking lot had plenty of room and the location was near the highway, stores, and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating.
Cons: Breakfast was not included. There were no hot drinks available late at night.

Pros: What a great value we found in this hotel. My kids and I found the room to be very comfortable for our four day stay. The beds were nice with fresh, white linens. The flat screen TV had ESPN and HGTV, which we really enjoyed each evening. We enjoyed the pool every day, usually having it to ourselves most of the time. The lobby is welcoming. The staff was attentive. The business center was great because I was able to print a document. WiFi worked well. The mini fridge and microwave were an unexpected bonus. We would definitely stay here again and liked it much better than a place we stayed last year in the same area/price range.
Cons: I didn't like the suggested option to purchase premium WiFi. This wasn't a big problem because the complimentary WiFi worked well.
