Pros: Everyone was warm, friendly and helpful, including Ky at the front desk and Pam, the innkeeper. I arrived early and was generously welcomed. The room was perfect - top floor, very quiet and cozy. The inn has a 3rd party restaurant serving inside and on the porch during the warm weather. Did not dine there but menu was tempting and the sound of patrons was inviting - next time. There is a large sitting room with TV should you want it, for reading and meeting folks. A continental breakfast was served although I opted for a stroll around town instead. Wioll definitely be going back.

Pros: Great location, close enough to Hartford. Very friendly staff.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't great. It was continental, but consisted of pastry and yogurt & hard boiled eggs. Fresh fruit would have been nice.

Pros: Ki, at the front desk, was fantastic. She handled my allergy to feathers, which necessitated major bedding switching, w/ style and grace. We are very grateful! The location is great; salons, shopping, drugstore, wonderful restaurants all within walking distance. Bikes available to borrow to use on the trails in the area. Super spot!
Cons: The only criticism i have was the one chest of drawers in the room had some handles broken off rendering one door unusable and the shade over the large window would not retract so it had to be rolled by hand. Tiny things easily fixed that did not detract from our overall experience.
