This 18th-century classic Scandinavian designed restaurant serves primarily farm-to-table cuisine. Fresh local seafood, fish and organic vegetables from nearby farms and herbs grown from their own garden containers are used throughout the menu. Changing items could include Atlantic salmon served with green and white asparagus in a morel mushroom sauce or natural chicken breast served with blue cheese whipped potatoes and broccolini. For dessert try one of the distinctive homemade ice cream and sorbet flavors such as strawberry-buttermilk, tres leches or cantaloupe.
