A surprisingly sophisticated experience for a so called burger joint, this restaurant features a Midwestern cowboy ranch feel with longhorn skulls, neatly written blackboard specials and black-and-white photographs of cattle on distinctive dark and light wood walls. As the name implies, the most popular item on the menu are the burgers which are all all-natural certified Angus Niman Ranch beef. Each patty is hand-shaped, juicy and topped with aged Vermont cheddar, shaved onions and secret sauce. All burgers come with a side of hand-cut fries and homemade pickles, though you can substitute sweet potato fries or kettle chips. If you care to try one of the other delicious dinner items such as the lemon-and-herb cured roasted half chicken with grilled summer vegetables and pan jus, but don't want to miss the incredible burgers, try the mini sliders as an appetizer.
