The 360 degree view from this spot, on one of Curacao's highest hills, cannot be beat. I love dining here while watching the sunset and passing ships.
AAA Inspector Notes
Historic. Guests can ponder choices of Continental fare as well as Dutch and Caribbean plates at this charming spot that gets its name from its location within the walls of the historic fort. A reasonably priced chef's tasting menu also is available. The main menu includes chicken breast stuffed with prunes, lamb cutlets and Caribbean fish medley over risotto. The location on a hill above Willemstad means some spectacular views. Closed for lunch on weekends. Live evening piano music Friday through Sunday.
