Pros: We liked the location and proximity to town the best.
Cons: We thought it was a little more pricey than other Courtyard Hotels.

Pros: Room was great! Hotel was fantastic!
Cons: The front desk agent said breakfast will be served at this time. Yet there was no continental breakfast. Just a Starbucks menu pretty much.

Pros: The bed and pillows were heavenly. Heavenly! The room was gorgeous & spotless. It glowed! The BEST part: your people. Top notch!
Cons: The call device to unlock the door after hours and the instructions to use it were the only problems I can cite. The device is neither prominently placed nor clearly identified. Also, the luggage cart partially obscured my view of the small device on the wall. When I arrived at 3 a.m., after 7 hours with my 82-yr-old mom in the Christiana Med Center ER, my eyes were not sharp enough to pick out the call device on the wall behind the cart. Between the hard-to-see call device, the slightly misleading instructions, and Google Maps' failure to recognize the hotel (it told me to drive a quarter mile past your entrance), I was led to believe I was not actually at the front door of the hotel. Hence, I got back in my car and went driving further down the drive to find the "true" front door. I quickly returned and eventually saw the call device, but it was a bit of a mess and quite frustrating. Do a better job of highlighting the location of the call device for bleary-eyed latecomers, please.

Cons: The female employee at the front desk was incorrect about the amount that would be taken from my debit card for incidentals... And then said, "oops, it changed to $100, there's nothing I can do about it".

Pros: We were there to move my son into school for the summer and the location was just perfect. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable. The staff were lovely and very accommodating.
Cons: The only downside was that the breakfast was not included. For the amount you pay per night there is no reason that this cannot be done. They should work on that.
