Pros: Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Not very well lit, wouldn't feel comfortable alone at night.
Nice room set-up, appreciated the separate seating area for tv watching or reading. Nice to have a full kitchen and table for meals. Nicely outfitted.
Pros: Carol & Joe at the front desk were very accommodating! When I mentioned that my son had to use a walker (due to very recent ankle break), Carol immediately suggested that we be placed in a handicap room, with walk-in shower (+ in-shower seat).
Cons: Lot of noise from room above ours-a family with 2 little kids who were running back & forth til about 1 am. We heard every footstep.
I would definitely stay at this facility again.
Pros: The room was large and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast could have been better. The scrambled eggs were cold and the waffle iron was not working.
Pros: The staff was very helpful and patient to find us two rooms in one building, which was very convenient for us. The breakfast is a big plus.
Cons: I paid the upgraded price hoping to get a 1bedroom with a fireplace like we did in California, but it was an older motel. Very disappointing. Definitely not worth ---/night.
Pros: Excellent breakfast
Cons: REALLY BAD Wifi, speed very slow both days. Reported to mgr, said "we have a new provider, there have been complaints". They did take off the high-speed charge we paid for that was useless.
Pros: Great variety for break fast. Nice size rooms.
Cons: Requested a non-smoking room but it was clear that room had previously had smoking guests for quite a long period of time. Also website should have openly advertised that this was a motel not a hotel wherein each room had two doors that opened into parking lot including a sliding glass door that was less than 5 feet from the bed.
Wonderful place, delicious food and...
Pros: The breakfast was very good, the front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a girls sleep over / splash party and everyone had a great time.
Cons: My room was not cleaned but I was so surprised that the housekeeping manager cleaned it herself when brought to her attention and did a wonderful job. I appreciated her going above and beyond expectations.
Don't bring your dog!
Pros: the room was nice and big, with good amenities.
Cons: They wanted to charge us $150 for our little poodle, the same as two adults for one night. After debating the issue, they gave us a discount.
