Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was plain but clean. The hotel was very busy and seemed understaffed, but front desk was still very nice and helpful to us.
Cons: The room was awkwardly laid out: It was difficult to get to the fridge or door with the desk located where it was. The room was long and narrow - easier for a single person than a couple in the room.
We were going to eat at the "Bistro" but that was more cafeteria style with a single menu printed behind the bar rather than table service. We opted to walk a few blocks to a grill and pub.
Family with Young Children
Pros: Cleanliness and appearance of room. Free parking on weekend.
Cons: Paid $15 for breakfast at reservation time; at hotel learned it was for only 1 person & only for a $7.50 sandwich & juice.
family with older children
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Clean & comfortable
Cons: Parking was a little inconvenient. Staff person was okay but not very friendly. She talked really fast and seemed generic. No real warmth.
Pros: proximity to city center
Cons: seems like staff you interacted with was a bit 'automated'; no real enthusiasm evident in anyone.
Pros: The staff, front desk and Bistro, were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room was very small and tight for two people.
Verified Hotel Guest
Pros: It was a steal for the price; nice, clean rooms. Small fitness center. There were a couple restaurants nearby. The parking was comped with a validated ticket from the front desk.
Cons: Parking garage was around the corner; there was limited space to drop things off in the front of the hotel. The guy when I checked in wasn't having the best day. I didn't see a pool, which I thought they guarunteed at this star level.
Traveling as Couple
We left some clothes in a closet and HOPEFULLY, the staff there have recovered as requested and held for pick-up.
Pros: Clean. Remodeled. Downtown in a tad shady area? Friendly. Limited food options
Cons: Parking a bit awkward but ok. Should be no charge for parking... Sundays uncluded
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: We had issues checking in and the hallway smelled like vomit. We paid for our room at checkin and when we were ready to check out we had a bill for 2 rooms. The front desk was very inconsiderate and nonchalant about things
