DC After Dark Tour (Tour L) departs from the Gray Line Terminal, on the bus level of the parking garage at Union Station, 50 Massachusetts Ave. N.E. The 3-hour tour features Washington's monuments and buildings illuminated by floodlights. Stops include the Martin Luther King Jr., Jefferson, Lincoln, Vietnam Veterans, Marine Corps War and Korean War Veterans memorials as well as the White House. The United States Capitol, Washington Monument, Federal Triangle, Kennedy Center and Georgetown are seen en route.
$45; $10 (ages 3-11); $105 (family, two adults and two children).
Hours: Tours depart nightly at 7 p.m. No tours given Jan. 1, July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas and Dec. 31. Phone ahead to confirm schedule, as tours are sometimes cancelled.
