Segs in the City tours depart from 1300 Pennsylvania Ave. N.W. at the Ronald Reagan Building. Five city tours lasting 1 to 2.5 hours are given aboard Segways. Short training sessions allow participants to get acquainted with these two-wheeled transportation devices. The guide provides continuous instruction and narration about sites along the tour route. Note: Participants must weigh less than 260 pounds, sign a waiver and wear a helmet. Segway riding is not recommended for pregnant women. Audio equipment is provided to facilitate the guide's narration. Tours may be canceled in severe weather. The Federal Triangle Metro station is located near the departure point. Guided tours are available.
$45-$80. Ages 0-15 are not permitted. Reservations are recommended.

Hours: Tours depart daily at 10, 12:30, 2:30, 5:30 and 7, Mar.-Nov. Visitors should arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time.
