Pros: The location is great
Cons: The front desk associate was unprofessional and rude when we requested for late checkout. As a member of Marriott rewards we are entitled to check out at least an hour late.

Pros: Staff were very helpful, even gave us their personal Smartrip (Metra) cards when CVS was sold out.
Cons: Bad neighborhood & walk to the Tidal Basin area. One street over on First St there were armed robberies in the past 30 days, plus some shootings along the route (M or I St) to the Tidal Basin. Pricey cafe.Try Lot 38 on the corner. Door card kept failing.

Pros: The room was magnificent. We had a great time. We ate at the hotel restaurant. I was positively surprised by the prices. We had a great meal for under $30 for two.
Cons: Nope can't think of anything.
