Pleasant
Pros: Breakfast is good. Location is OK with 10 mins walk or less to the nearest subway station.
Cons: There is totally NO TV signals during the 4-day staying. The staff does not actively help on solving this issue. The building and facilities are a bit old. The housekeeping ignored the "Do Not Disturb" sign and was trying to break into the room w/o knocking. The overall quality is lower than the average of Best Western hotels.

Poor
Pros: The location was couple blocks from metro.
Cons: The room was old and worn out. The carpet was dirty and torn, food was under chair cushion. The room had a very musty and moldy smell. We had reservations for 5 days, we stayed only one night due to the late time of arrival. The Best Western in the Western part of our country seems to be more prideful.
