Pros: Great view of the Nationals stadium. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful, brand new and clean rooms.
Cons: Location a bit too far out but very close to a metro station, however as a single female traveller, I wasn't comfortable using it at night so was a bit confined to my room/the area unless I used taxis or ubers but then the costs rack up.

Pros: The room was clean and modern, bed comfy, bathroom lovely. There was a coffee pot in the room, but no kettle. However, there were tea and coffee facilities downstairs in the lobby by the lift. There was also a little shop where you could purchase snacks like ice-cream or chocolate. Loved the fact that there was a guest laundry which was very reasonably priced ($2 per load of washing or drying). Restaurants were a 10 minute walk, the metro a 5 minute walk. All in all, a great hotel. Washington DC is very expensive hotel wise, so it was on par when it came to price.
Cons: Breakfast was very crowded. Food choices were fine, but the fresh fruit ran out quite quickly. The seating area was lacking as everyone struggled to find somewhere to eat breakfast, especially between 9-10am.
