Love the location, would stay...
Pros: Location close to metro stop. Rooftop bar. Room nice and clean.
Cons: Bed was too firm, pillows too soft. Construction next door was annoying at 6 AM on Monday morning,

LOVED THIS HOTEL & STAFF
Pros: I asked my girlfriend to marry me in this hotel (I was going to do it at the game Saturday but it was postponed due to weather). It was amazing. Ebony at the front desk was the most kindest and most helpful staff I've ever had at a hotel and believe me I've stayed at many in my life.
Cons: We really didn't like the pillows in our room, but that's an EASY fix. We will bring our own!

Overall a pleasant but noisy...
Pros: Lovely new and modern hotel With great facilities. Great room and value.
Cons: Property should be sign posted due to on going construction, it was hard to locate. The noise of the neighbouring construction was also rather irritating.

Great, new hotel that needs...
Pros: Leslie at checkin is wonderful, helpful & friendly when there was a mixup with our reservation. Wanda in the breakfast area is super friendly & extremely helpful! She was a ray of sunshine every morning!
Cons: Housekeeping really needs training. With foldout sofa in use PLUS a rollaway, there were clearly 4 people staying in our room. Housekeeping never restocked the facial tissues or toilet paper & we constantly had to call the front desk for these items. Front desk staff are fantastic! They even supplied us with a bag full of shampoo/conditioner when the maid didn't restock this either!
