Pros: Nice rooms and a great location with friendly staff
Cons: As I stayed in Washington in a very busy week, all hotel prices where extremely high.

Pros: The location is exceptional, staff was friendly, the property allows dogs with no extra charge, there are sweet robes in the room and even a yoga mat! Though I think the hotel is a bit overpriced, it's not unreasonably so. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and we'll probably go back.
Cons: This is definitely an older building and you can tell. Also, one half has a great view of Dupont, while the other half has a view of an alley. I feel like it's just a bit overpriced--but that's just DC for you.

Pros: The Balcony was great and the room was very large. Great space and great location. Ahmed at the front desk was very helpful and helped make our stay more comfortable.
Cons: The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The couch and chairs were stiff.
