Pros: It was a very clean and quiet atmosphere for being on a college campus. The staff was also friendly.
Cons: It is rather difficult to find if you are not familiar with the area or campus. The sign/building name was at ground level and some overgrown flowers half covered it.

Pros: I enjoyed the pleasant setting of the hotel, it felt very safe. The buffet breakfast was delicious with great service.
Cons: There was a little confusion with transportation schedule. We were told the bus runs every hour one the hour and it did the first day. But, the second day the schedule changed without notice.

Pros: once on the campus - it's a decent enough hotel
Cons: Location is a bit far from restaurants and any attractions in DC. it wasn't entirely comfortable walking on the streets. Also - I was next to the garbage bins and was woken up every morning at 4am - ugh
