Pros: the front desk was super helpful and very personable
Pros: front desk, was super amazing and helpful! Very pleasant
Cons: It was fantastic
Pros: Location, Location, Location -- it was perfectly situated within D.C. Main Metro down the block, so easy access to entire city. Room was nice and comfortable. Very nice hot breakfast, plenty of food, no worries of running out; well serviced.
Cons: No complaints.
Great Location & Facility
Pros: The 2 separate rooms, the breakfast, the happy hour, the location, the helpful staff.
Cons: My shower leaked, but I didn't complain because I didn't want to change rooms.
Great value and staff was...
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The underground parking was a nightmare. When I arrived there was only a few very compact spaces left. I ended up scratching the side of my van on a pillar that stuck into the parking space. It was extremely stressful to park.
Pros: The area was great, staff very friendly and the room was very clean
Cons: I was just disappointed that we had to pay for parking at the hotel. As guest, that should have been included.
Pros: The bed was good.
The kitchen was nice to have as was a space to calm ourselves down and take stock of the day.
Close to the Metro and loads of restaurants. WE walked from G'town to the hotel up Rock Creek, and was surprised at how close we were, how quick it was to get to the hotel.
Cons: Free wifi was not useful. You could get an upgrade, but we didn't.
The second night, a rowdy group moved in next door, but they seem to have been tossed out in the night. We complained to the front desk, and it was solved by the staff.
Pros: The staff was so friendly and helpful! They were very welcoming and kind.
Cons: Everything was great!
Great location, great experience
Cons: The breakfast did not have much variety to it maybe trying to add more
Pros: Great location close to attractions, restaurants, Metro etc.
Cons: We requested an extra roll out bed when we arrived we were told they do not have any rollaways. This made our stay a little cramped to say the least!
