Pros: I loved the location. You are near MdPherson Square. A mile from the White House and Washington Monument. The second floor lounge and business center are adequate. I loved receiving the USA Today and the Washington Post to read. The room was very nice and comfortable and large enough for three women to share.
Cons: I could not figure out how to change the temperature in the room. It was too cold. The trash cans are too small for more than one person. Need more places to hang towels to dry. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable.

Pros: Great central location Best complimentary breakfast I have ever had in the USA. China crockery and steel cutlery, regularly replenished food, and proper orange juice.
Cons: When we arrived and gave our name the reception guy looked at his computer, then back up to me through his eyes without lifting his head and said you should have been here yesterday. I then showed him my paperwork (which proved we arrived on the correct day) - There then ensued a couple of minutes of silence whilst he tapped his computer keypad, with which he followed with "I've fixed the booking for you" - As though there was a problem at my end in he first place!!! What a lovely welcome.... We were also overcharged by exactly $10 per night on our bill. I pointed this out on leaving and it was immediately corrected without question - I got the feeling this was a regular tactic and a great little money earner on those who don't check their bills.
