Pros: The staff made us feel atbhomeat home and gave a large room with a corner view.
Cons: The restaurant's ambience is great. The food, terrible. The only thing worse was the manager's attitude.I dropped by to ask for the bread & butter included in my 1st carryout order but not the 2nd. His attitude was unprofessional. I went down the street.

Pros: The room was spacious and offered an extra study space as well as a refrigerator and microwave. My husband made it down to breakfast every morning and brought me back some crossants which were large and delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons: There was really nothing that I did not like about this hotel. It was our third time staying here. My only suggestion would be to put in an ice machine for guests. The nearest metro is about a 10 minute walk but if lazy, a bus to the metro is right outside.

Pros: It was a charming well run hotel.
Cons: The restaurant breakfast was poor. The omelet was overcooked and dry. The dining room was understaffed so the service was poor.
Pros: I loved the historic charm of the hotel and the proximity to restaurants, shopping, embassies, and the running trails in Rock Creek Park was great. The staff was great and upgraded me to a king room when I arrived. The workout room was very nice.
Cons: The bathroom was dated and the television could have been a little bigger.
