Across from Lafayette Park and the White House, this luxury hotel initially open in 1927. The setting is refined and elegant and the service-oriented, multi-lingual staff will fulfill most any need. The intimate lobby is richly decorated with detailed ceiling plaster moldings and wood paneling setting an air of sophistication. The dining room with its light airy ambience is known for its power breakfasts and lunches. Each guest room is decorated with soothing tones, Italian bed linens and high-quality furnishings, some rooms have a spectacular view of the White House or St. John's Church. Bathrooms are supplied with high-quality amenities, marble surfaces, brass fixtures and micro-fiber terry-lined bathrobes. Overnight shoeshine service is available and evening maid service is provided automatically to all guests. Transportation is available 7 am-10 am and 5 pm-7:30 pm. A Tesla car charging station is available. Pets are accepted 25 lbs and under with signed waiver.
