Pros: Room was spacious, comfortable. Good location close to metro. We even walked to the White House. Character building.

Pros:
Cons: Noisy airconditioning. Tasteless furnishing in the room. Windows can not be opened in the room. No fresh air. No place to sit in the lobby for such a huge hotel. Dirty restaurant.

Pros: I manage to get a response from one of the staffers, that seemed seriously determined to improve my terrible experience. Too bad not all his ci-workers share the same commitment.
Cons: Bathroom was not clean. Housekeeping services were below standard; and room service not only forgot to deliver my breakfast once (they failed to pick up the request placed on the door), but delivered an open jar of marmalade!

Pros: The size of the rooms.
Cons: The staff at the reception. Service was horrid. Housekeeping was completely dissatisfactory. Air con in the rooms should be expediently upgraded.

Pros: Great location. Nice clean room. Comfy bed. restroom very very nice!
Cons: Lobby way too cold. Difficult to get satisfaction with two staff members over a billing; had to go to manager. Staff needs more latitude in customer satisfaction issues. Upstairs history on M level weak; do a better job!!!
