Pros: I liked the room (the Presidential Suite), the staff, the food (for breakfast), the location, and the decor. Every staff member was polite and very responsive.
Cons: I did not like the WiFi. It was expensive and slow and somewhat cumbersome.

Pros: Outstanding staff, beautiful lobby and common areas, didn't look like your typical generic Ritz. Good bar food and snacks from the lobby bar also.
Cons: Location hard to get to as a pedestrian, as the hotel is on a hill. Not metro accessible.

Pros: Location, decor, service, comfy bed.
Cons: Very low shower water pressure. -biggest complaint, 600 dollar room... Room deodorizer smell was overwhelming when we first arrived, had to open a window. - fortunately there was one. Some channels on bedroom tv were fuzzy.
