National Museum of Graphic Arts (Museo Nacional de la Estampa) is at Av. Hidalgo #39, across from Alameda Park (M: Bellas Artes, line 2). Housed in a handsomely restored building, this museum features exhibits drawing from its collection of prints. Permanent exhibits, including posters and the pointed political cartoons and cavorting skeleton figures of 19th-century Mexican artist José Guadalupe Posada, are on the second floor; temporary exhibitions are on the first floor.
