The staff was rude, except the concierge. The breakfast table in the restaurant was dirty. The manager yelled at us when we complained that they were not getting the room.
Pros: Loved the whirl pool tub in the executive suite.
Cons: The hotel staff did not want to honor the room.
Pros: One free bottle of water per day, very clean, very helpful staff.
Cons: Shower head sub par.
Pros: Upscale, quality hotel with comfort and amenities, friendly, professional service and attention to detail.
Pros: Comfy bed. Quiet! Excellent driver (Fidel).
Cons: Location perfect for a quick visit to Coyocan and quick airport access. Not the best for exploring Centro area. Not a real 'strolling' neighborhood. Felt more taxi dependent thus pricier. Restaurant is so so but adequate. Hotel food!
Pros: Staff was very helpful and freindly; great concierge, easy to get a taxi. Maids and room cleanliness excellent.
Cons: Drains stopped up in shower and sink. Water is not treated, so therefore undrinkable.
It dosent feel like a radisson at all.
Pros: The mattress
Cons: Everything its very old, it does need an update.
Pros: nice hotel with a nice room
Cons: the bathroom ceiling was in poor condition
Its a C+
Pros: Room si soacious enough
Cons: The zone
Expensive and less services now...
Cons: Took out executive level. That's too bad. Also location is not good. Prices also increased significntly since last year when this facility was a Radisaon. Too bad
Pros: Very fancy and excellent service for the price. Rooms are large and room facilities are complete. Beds are pretty comfortable. The hotel restaurant was nice and includes a large menu with different cuisines.
Cons: Not very close (10 minutes walk) to any metro stations.
False executive king room facilitites
Cons: I booked through booking.com an executive king room with access to executive lounge according to booking.com confirmation, and when I checked in the hotel they gave me an elite king room with access to lounge but I do need to PAY for anything I use! I had to pay an upgrade to get the full Executive Room benefits, I had no issue to pay more, I just felt I was mislead by Booking.Com, or the Hotel wasn't up to its promise!!!
