7.2 mi (12 km) w on Paseo de La Reforma (which becomes Prolongacion Reforma) exit Joaquin Gallo, just s on Vasco de Quiroga, then just s on Santa Fe; in Santa Fe District. Calle 3 No. 55, Col Lomas de Santa Fe 01219 (Calle 3 No. 55, Col Lomas de Santa Fe).
Pros: Well located near Santa Fe mall and schools.
The complimentary food and breakfast was good. The temperature of swimming pool was excellent.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly.
Cons: For us it was fine because we needed to be in this area but it's very far from touristic areas.
Pros: gym and swimming pool is not bad
Pros: All the staff was really kind and polite, the facilities were great and comfy.
Cons: We had a smoking room, which wasn't that bad except the fact that linens smelled to cigarette.
Pros: The staff were terrific ,and the food even room service was great
Pros: I liked the formula 1 race that I went to.
I enjoyed the transportation
Cons: Hardly anyone spoke English so I had to try to get whatever I can for information on the race
family with older children
Cons: el hotel empieza a verse deteriorado, un poco sucia la alfombra de los pasillos, y sucias paredes....
Pros: The hill top location in Santa Fe made for some great views over Mexico City and beyond. Sunrise was great. Bonus electrical storms in the evening were epic.
Cons: The restaurant food was sadly canteen-like. My "medium rare" steak on the first night was such a disappointment that I didn't eat in the hotel again for my whole stay... it did mean I found some awesome eateries outside.
Pros: Not much
Cons: They charge for everything (even coffee!!!)
Pros: Large rooms. Ample storage space. Good desk and facilities for business work. Helpful staff.
Cons: Unappealing reception area and bar/restaurant facilities. For a change the rooms were better than the reception.
