The convenient location right on Paseo de la Reforma makes this hotel an ideal choice for visitors. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, and many have an excellent view of the downtown skyline.
Smoke free premises. 120 units. 14 stories, interior corridors.
Cons: It doesnt have a restaurant. It would be great if you have atleast a coffee shop .
Pros: Big and comfortable room.
Cons: The water sink in my bathroom was jammed, they fixed it after I told them, but the leftover remained in the trash can. Seems there was no inspection prior to my arrival
They said breakfast starts at 6:30, but it actually doesn't start before 6;45. Not very rich breakfast as well, comparing to similar hotels in Mexico City
The wifi connection got lost every time my iPhone went on sleeping mode
Pros: The new instalation, the location is excellent and the Internet is so fast
Cons: The breakfast
family with young children
Pros: Facility was high end and very clean, friendly staff, location was perfect. Buffet was great for starting the day! Close to most major attractions. Will be back soon.
Cons: Not much to say here...
Pros: Good service
Cons: black out shades not properly aligned.

Pros: Hotel was well kept and clean. Location was very good
