Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: The website is not exactly what they had at the hotel. I had wanted to book a suite, but when we arrived our room was not a suite and they had none available. Breakfast was outrageously priced.

Pros: Surprisingly decent gym but equipment wasn't well cared for. Weight bar broken and unsafe.
Cons: They booked me on a tour of pyramids that was a sham. Much of the trip was spent at places where you could buy touristy junk. One place that claimed to hand make authentic stone figures. It was obvious they would turn on machines when tourists arrive and pretend to polish stones and try to sell you stone figures for hundreds or thousands of dollars. It took a several hour trip to pyramid and turned it into almost ten hours because of all the stops to places the tour guide probably got a commission. The hotel should work with a reputable tour operator but perhaps they take part of profits, too.

Pros: First and most important - the staff - very service minded, very friendly. Great restaurant / buffet Very comfortable, modern rooms/ quiet. Great location
Cons: The bed was a little hard. The internet connection process was cumbersome. No business center for printing. Could print thru front desk, but copies were cloudy.
