AAA Inspector Notes
Located near famed Chapultepec Park, the dramatic exterior of pink granite and blue glass gives way to a plush, expensively furnished lobby and well-appointed guest rooms. There are touches of Art Deco style throughout. The guest rooms feature mahogany furnishings and marble bathrooms. One of the distinctive restaruants offers five different cuisines under one roof. The hotel features a whopping 75 suites, so there's strong opportunity to upgrade. The expansive exercise facility is open until 10 p.m. The sports bar converts into a piano lounge later in the evening. Meets AAA guest room security requirements. Smoke free premises. 209 units. 11 stories, interior corridors.

The hotel needs a remodelation. It´s kind of old.
Pros: Location
Cons: It wasn´t a 5 star hotel, it is a 4 star hotel in all the other internet travel web sites.

If you are planning to stay one more nights, please leave some tips in your room. Their room keepers were excellent! I loved it so much. They put new sleppers on matts with soft music. Also on Sunday, you must go to main street in front of the Marquis Reforma. My friend told me that mostly there are events on the main street such as bikes rides and dances. Also the zoo and park are very closed. We couldn't enjoy it much because we didn't have enough time. Also the main restaurant was famous for Tacos. The taste was very nice. Anyway, it was really nice hotel. If you choose this hotel, don't worry about anything!
Pros: It was really first time to visit Mexico city and I was so much worried about Mexico City about bad rumous. But Marquis Reforma is one of the best hotels in my life. Great location and nice staff.
Cons: Wifi is so expensive, so I could not use it. It was almost USD30 per day. That is only one bad thing.

We got a great tip from one of the valet attendants, the subway is two short blocks away from the hotel, a fun, cheap trip to see some of the famous sites like the Zocalo, Bellas Artes, Chapultepec park. He even suggested where to get some great "street" food, after a week of expensive restaurants and rich food, it was special.
Pros: The staff is at a level higher in customer service than some of the better hotels in NYC. The room is classy and comfortable, clean and the views are excellent. Hotel car service is fabulous and immediate.
Cons: The business center was a great service to have but a little disappointing, a short wait for an attendant, then an email was sent without the attachment, when you are on the go and in long meetings, you need to count on extra help.
