Pros: free wifi to booking members. The staff kindly allows us to check-in early for our early arrival. Very kind indeed.
Cons: very small room. The restaurant food needs to be improved, very dry grilled fish.

Pros: Very good hotel but not so good description of room booked
Cons: I chose and paid for a room with a king bed and a convertible sofa and got a tiny room with 2 full size beds, we could barely open our luggage, I tried to talk to concierge about it but they told me they were sold out on that type of room, I was able to get the room I booked on the second night but had to pay extra. They blamed booking.com for the mistake. Very disappointed with the experience. I will definitely look for a different site to book my hotel next time.

Pros: Nice personnel: desk, Concierge (José) and Spa (Salvador). Breakfast was nice: nice restaurant room and nice personnel who takes good care fo you. I used the SPA after check-out before going back to the airport in the afternoon: this was nice.
Cons: The hotel bar could be more "fancy": it is a bit old fashioned like this.
