Cons: Only 2 elevators and one was out of service for both days I was there
Pros: the staff its very friendly, the bedroom is really confortable and clean
Cons: the hotel its kind of old, it needs renovation considering the price that you pay for a night
Pros: I love this hotel....THE beds are delicious
Cons: Wifi costs awfully lot. The staff has introduced a special "offer" for Internet and breakfast but it turned out it was more expensive than just simply breakfast and wifi separately. Then I got a bill where I had some extra "tips" included. This hotel is too expensive.
Cons: Supply of toiletries, no microwave
Pros: Great location and the staff is most efficient!
Pros: Staff excellent. Very helpful. Used hotel booked taxi service a lot. Cars always clean and drivers well prepared by concierge as I don't speak Spanish. Rooms large and comfortable.
Cons: Water from shower very low pressure.
Pros: Speed of registration, availability of staff, proximity to business partner
Pros: Good bed, good pillows, good working wifi
Cons: In a hotel like this, you shouldn't have to pay for the wifi.
Also, the fan in the bathroom made a lot of noise, waking up everybody in da house.
