Pros: The staff was courteous and very helpful.
Cons: Paying for WiFi seems outdated and I am part of the frequent traveler group - although with no upper status.
Bed. Great service. Good food.
Cons: Hotel location is far from city to tourist interests. Even tho the taxi may not be expensive (but adds up quickly) lots of time is lost getting around. I was fortunate to hire a taxi driver that dedicated himself to getting me around at 2/3 the cost of a taxi hire at the hotel.
Cons: The fact that a hotel of this level do not include WIFI is a lack of service. For me is uncomfortable to pay wifi in hotel of this level
Pros: The hotel was modern and mostly clean
Cons: The price quoted at booking.com was not honored at check in. This is a fatal error for booking.com (I don't need you).
Breakfast was under whelming for the cost. A lot under whelming......

Pros: I did not have anything nor to drink or eat at that hotel
Cons: they did not respect the price I had to pay a little extra..
Pros: I was looking for a quiet, impersonal, remote hotel and i got it. Great bed, bathroom, gym, nearby shopping malls. Terrace also really nice with heaters and pleasant atmosphere.
Cons: Taxi drivers of the hotel way too aggressive. Windows in the room don;t open. Pathetic scrambled eggs for breakfast.
Pros: Everything esa great!!!
Pros: Hotel has an incredible view! Spa was also very good!
Cons: Registration desk did not have booking reservation and could not find it even using the Booking #. We had to make a walk-in check-in and it turned out to be about $30 more expensive than booking.
