This tiny restaurant has just a few tables in a chic dining room and on a pretty patio with a small pool and water feature. Design highlights include original watercolor paintings. The chef is quite proud of his cuisine, and he should be. He incorporates local ingredients to create well-prepared, tasty dishes which change often and have a unique global twist. The goat stew marinated with oregano, garlic, sour orange and rum was amazing, as were the accompanying yuca fritters.
