Classic. Since 1954 this landmark restaurant (the second longest continuously running restaurant in the Caribbean) has been serving Spanish- and Italian-inspired meals. The room is elegant with a beautiful aquarium and an upscale lounge. Dapper servers deliver deftly-prepared entrées including a variety of meat dishes and pasta, but the real specialty is seafood. The finale is when the dessert cart is rolled around and the temptation for one or more indulgences is too great.
