Just down a grand staircase within the lobby of the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes hotel, you’ll immediately find yourself within the restaurant’s cozy lounge and bar area. The menu selections vary seasonally, but can include the Florida Strawberry salad, H&H Loaded Fries or the Smoked Kurobuta Pork Chops.
