Nearly 8 miles of hiking, biking and horse trails run through the park, which also features a picturesque picnic/recreation area with covered shelters, a swimming area, a paddleboat launch, rental kayak and a playground. Audio tours of the gardens are available.

Recreational activities are permitted. Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
