The original location opened in Key West back in 2004, and two more have spawned since then. The menu focuses on tapas-style dishes with favorites such as yellowfin tuna ceviche, smoked salmon carpaccio, lamb patties and Roman meatballs. Menu selections are small; therefore it's ideal to order many and share with others. The vibe here always seems to be festive. Happy hour is so popular that they have two of them each day.
