Rock Springs and Kelly Park are 6 mi. n. on SR 435 to 400 E. Kelly Park Rd. Rock Springs, a half-mile east of the park entrance, discharges 26,000 gallons of clear, 68-degree Fahrenheit water per minute into a spring that is popular for tubing and swimming; farther down the run, the temperature warms up to approximately 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Shelters, bathhouses, tube rentals (outside park), and hiking trails are available.
Note: Due to high-volume visitation in summer months, the park may fill to capacity early in the day. Visitors are not admitted after capacity is reached.
Recreational activities are permitted. Camping is permitted. Picnicking is permitted.
