There are so many places to sit and enjoy an exceptional meal at this restaurant. Whether you sit on the large verdant patio facing the golf course, in front of the open kitchen or in the plush banquette seating you will savor the flavors of each dish served by a passionate waitstaff. Using locally sourced produce and specially purveyed ingredients, the chef blends the best elements of New American and Mediterranean cuisine. Exploring the menu is encouraged; be adventurous in your choices. While there are many options to choose from, including flatbread pizzas, duck confit poutine and diver scallops, my all-time favorite has to be the pork belly ravioli. The flavors in this dish are so robust and earthy. The chef even carves the mushrooms to look like little palm trees. It is a rare moment when I cannot pass up their apple bread pudding with buttermilk ice cream.
