The restaurant hails from what is believed to be the oldest Spanish restaurant pedigree in all of Florida. Established in 1905 in Ybor City, it carries on all of its original traditions, such as the not-to-be-missed '1905 salad,' which is prepared tableside. This choice tastes incredibly good and could be followed with the Cuban black bean soup and any of the many superlative entrées. Finish your meal with a slice of Godiva chocolate cake.
