This hotel is average, we were unimpressed overall and would not recommend it to others nor stay here again.It was noisy early in the morning so if you desire to sleep in listening to the waves, think again. The beds in our room were not comfortable at all. And even after calling directly before booking our room online we were NOT given the room promised and were put in a handicap room that would have been good for someone needing the access but made using the showers awkward and cramped for us with all the extra equipment in them. The only person on staff that we had contact with that was friendly and/or respectful at all was a man from the maintenance department. We ourselves are business owners and strive to make sure our customers know that they are appreciated and important so customer service is something we always notice. If I were asked to rate this hotel on customer service alone I would be hard pressed to give it a 2 at most.
Pros: The beach front view was beautiful and the location was central to most things in the area.
Cons: The staff needs a lot of work. The women at the front desk were unfriendly at best and rude most of the time. We did not get the room advertised online and were not happy with the one we did get.

"Fantabulous"
Pros: I loved everything! The heated pool was amazing, the staff was very sociable and welcoming, the lobby had a calming and relaxing environmental sense to it. The new holographic postcard you get at check-in is really cool and a nice thing to send to family.
Cons: There wasn't a single thing I didn't like.

Clean Comfortable Condo as big...
Pros: We had room 613. A two bedroom condo style unit. It was impeccably clean - the kitchen had every single gadget you would need. And the view - amazing views of the Atlantic through huge floor to ceiling and wall to wall sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom. The sand is soft as powdered sugar, and the heated pool was a wonderful plus in February when the ocean was frigid.
We had a wonderful stay, we will come back and we will recommend to our friends. Thank you!

Pros: Great family hotel. You can walk out on to the beach. It has a small soft play and mini arcade room. We had a large. 2 bed suite with fully equipped kitchen. Everything we needed travelling with 3 small children. Pleasant stay. It is a tad dated and very early 90's - but we felt comfortable here and would stay again. They didn't seem to have room cleaning or room service - but value for money wise it was great. There is a Publix supermarket close by for groceries. Restaurant wise we ate a Florida seafood and fish lips. Not haute cuisine but nice and friendly. Decent seafood. We took kids to the Kennedy space centre too. A really good day out.
Cons: Style of rooms dated.. Bedrooms overlook corridor. Somehow wasn't a deal breaker. General space of accommodation great and out balcony had a a ea view.

Pros: The room and pool were great. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Nikki at the front desk checked us in. She was awesome and it was quick.
Cons: The bedroom with the two double beds never cooled off. My son was sweating every night. He told the front desk and they gave him a box fan. It didn't help. It's unfortunate that we ran into this. Everything else was 5 star.

Enjoyable short getway at Cocoa...
Pros: Liked the easy access to the beach and the low cost of 2 chairs and umbrella. Also liked the ability to order lunch on the beach and have it brought to us. Impressed that we always saw staff cleaning the property and available to answer questions.
Cons: Bed pillows are too soft for the firm beds. Although we didn't use it, having the swimming pool in the front of the property next to the parking lot was a turn off.

GREAT STAY AT THE RESORT...
Pros: Our two bed apartment for the two of us was huge. The bedrooms were a good size as were the two bathrooms. It had a very useful kitchen and the living area was large. The washing machine and dryer were a great help after our two week tour ! A real home from home and a great choice for a family staying a week or even longer.
Cons: Although there was nothing wrong with the decor it did appear a bit dated. However, it was just as clean as all the other places we had stayed in on our tour.

Pros: Unit wAs large and very well appointed. Clean and updated. We had a full beach view. Entire property was very well maintained. Elevators were large and prompt. The only problem was parking. Sometimes it was hard to find a spot that wasn't far away.

Pros: Loved that there is a movie theater and game room! Location is really great. Friendly staff.
Cons: Very large Cock roach in Master bedroom. Rooms are a little older and dated. Our sliding glass doors didn't lock either in the bedroom. I felt the room was pricey compared to newer resorts of same size rooms. I also did not like that there is no food on the premises. You have to leave to eat every meal. A small café or continental breakfast would be nice.

Pros: Spacious. Easy walk to beach. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Not much of an ocean view.Floors were dirty. No shampoo or coffee (they stated they only supply it if asked). Hated that the bedroom windows opened up to the hall where everyone walks. Had to have someone come up to explain how to work TV, and fix safe for valuables. Check out lady never said anything except "here is your bill, do you want it charged on the card here".

Pros: Liked decor of unit and newness of everything in it. Loved oceanfront balcony. Also liked cleanliness of all areas, and family-friendly pool area.
Cons: To right of balcony, view is of neighboring building's rooftop units. Not the most pleasant view, but if you simply look forward you can instead focus on the fantastic beach and ocean views.

Cons: Having to fill in a 274 item inventory for items in the room before youstart your stay, E.G. tea spoons 12, cups 8 etc, ect. The only resturantin the complex is Mexican, it does not serve any breakfast. The foodserved in this Mexican resturant in the evening's I can onlydiscribe as terrible. Ocean view room is in fact on the side of thebuilding so you have to crook your kneck round the side of the balconyto actually get a view of it. Guests wishing a real ocean view shouldbook the Ocean Front rooms before you go these are the real deal. Theywill not let you upgrade your room when you arrive if you have bookedthrough booking.com.
