You can enjoy a rooftop spa pool and bar (open weekends) while staying at this smartly designed property in the heart of Coral Gables. The guest rooms vary in size but all are well appointed. There are four room categories, but the most common category has a king bed. Refrigerators and microwaves, while not in the guest units, are available upon request. The rooms on the 9th and 10th floors have extra amenities. Another perk is the 24-hour exercise room. Smoke free premises. 103 units. 10 stories, interior corridors. Bath: shower only.

Pros: It was so clean and fresh. The staff was so polite and amazing. The Bed was extremely comfortable.
Cons: The shower leaked a bit when showering (seal was going bad told them about it when we checked out) and bathroom floor get severely slick when wet from dampness of a hot shower.

Pros: Beds and pillows were great. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous
Cons: The location is not convenient to much public transportation.

Pros: 1.For business, the support. I got problems to accede remote info for business and the hotel staff went far above their way to help me. At one point the Manager came and worked hands on with me until I had the results I needed, literally saving my day ( and my trip). Concern for guests problems? Exactly 2. For pleasure, the service and the location. Walking distance from an exellent Shopping Center, literally few minutes from the famous Miracle Mile, restauranrs, shops, three days there and did not have to touch my rented car. The staff? Could not be better. I am a semi-retired but seasoned traveller and their people really delivers. No empty words in flashy advertisements but real solid good service, in a very convenient location.
Cons: I cannot say, it was all sobsmooth that I really have nothing to put here.

Pros: People were friendly
Cons: We needed more bath towels since not enough was provided. We were told to come down to the front desk and pick the the towels up. We were on the 8th floor. Key cards kept deactivating, several times a day. Thatvyouboay 20 a day for hotel parking. Pool was not heated yet. Many of the employees do not speak English, difficult when asking a question.
