This two-tier restaurant, with rustic décor and blues music playing in the background, is a true pork-lover's nirvana. Customers can go hog wild with the well-prepared cuisine featuring 12-hour smoked pork shoulder, grilled pork cheeks, bone marrow and Cobb salad made with pork belly pastrami. For those not interested in pigging out, there are many other options including rabbit confit, smoked duck, chicken with dumplings and shrimp and grits. Monday is "Bourbon and Blues" night. This restaurant is open late on weekends. Walk-ins are always welcome, however, it may be wiser to secure a reservation to avoid any wait.
