Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings Historic State Park, on CR 325, 4 mi. w. of jct. US 301 next to the county park, is the restored cracker-style home and farmyard of Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings, author of the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel “The Yearling.” The park, a National Historic Landmark, was the setting for several of Rawlings' books.

Guided tours are available. Pet friendly (call for restrictions/fees.).
