Barbecue wasn't invented at this spot, but it may have been perfected here! The meats are fall-off-the-bone tender and juicy. One can smell the smoky aroma from of the meat from down the street as it is cooked at low temperatures for hours. The staff calls this technique the 'slow and low.' Chicken, pork, shrimp, ribs and catfish are paired with your choice of country-style side dishes. Save room for dessert! Round out the meal with a slice of apple or Key lime pie. If the weather is nice, pig out out on the sidewalk patio that runs along A1A. When it's all said and done, you will surely say, 'rub-a-dub-dub, thanks for the grub.'
